About This is a second shot after the fire in the pine-wood of Ostia, in Rome, two year ago. I already posted another image, but this second shot has a different meaning in my mind. As you can see, after the ?accidental? fire of this huge green area, the entrance was closed and forbitten (it was dangerous, as at that time the police and authorieties said). Nevertheless a family decided to have a tour, at complete with bicicles, kids and dog. That?s what I call ?typical Italian?.

Thanks for your comments.
Indeed I should lern, not to be so critic, it's human to be curious and in the case, they also had the right to see with their eyes what the authories tried to closed to the sight.

Katia,

I dont think it's just "typical Italians" that go past the keep out signs, Here in the Mid West of the US if you want to see where all the kids are swimming, Its in the pond or lake that says "No Swimming Allowed!" Those signs are put up just to tempt us to go in and see what we shouldnt see. There is an old song from the 70's called "Signs, Signs, Everywhere a Sign" by a group I think they were called the 5 man electrical band. This fits it! Thanks for the memory Katia!

Heck....a sign saying keep out is like a magnet to a kid! Who am I kidding? A magnet to me too. You just have to see what is in there........

Thanks for the comments, even if my description was a bit...sarcastic...
When I see things like that, I'm not so proud to be italian.
Anyway, a professor in Germany was used to tell me, any time he had the possibility, that italians make rule just and only for the pleasure and enjoyment to violete them. He was german.
