As Mary Bell says, this is a very successful photo (and she should know). It succeeds because (a) the light is so soft and and models the figure so well, and (b), you've isolted your subject so perfectly against a non-obtrusive background. More important than either of these things, you've photogrpahed a subject which is not one that everyone else points their camera at. Yes, show us something new, every time.

This is also one of the photos which i really like.
By the way..I don't like the photo which you've left in my book for the kid with the WATER..First of all it got no touch with my photo.and second point..It got no touch with art.and i'm still trying to understand your point of view..!!!!! ( No hard feelings )

Very important those cigarettes!!!
I must say, I am impressed and you are lucky. If this is taken out in the countryside on a trip - you caught some beautiful light and had the sense to take a photo.
The blue-darkness surrounding her and the red outfit and hair make a pleasing contrast too.
