I bet jessie... I will go for as much as I can afford ! What a bummer to get a new toy and have it raining ...sorry about that but I know you can probably catch the rain drops and zone in on little tiny bugs, and rain on the lake from inside !
I'm really happy for you jessie. I am envious...but I am happy !!!!
Anxious to see each days postings even more so now !

thanks, dave! i have a lot to learn. i wish it would stop raining so i could go outside. it is so much fun, though. my first SLR! whoo!!! life is good. i am so lucky i have a husband who believes in my passion for this. :)

doyle - it is an awesome camera! my first SLR. i am learning a LOT! i need another lens, i just bought this one bc i thought it would be a good basic one, to do a lot with. you know?? ;)
yes, the B&W was prettier than the grey with the brown grey sand. ha! i'm just waiting for sun, now!!

Thanks so much for your response to being able to view images on UF...I was about to un-load a bunch of pictures to CD's ...thought I'd over-loaded my computer ( which I have) but knew it shouldn't effect UF site ...
hopefully i can view soon !!!

We're back online ladies!! Congrats on the new camera! I was looking at that one too! I may get it yet. Interesting choice of B&W to balance the feel of the day. Good lens for landscapes . . . try some at 18-25mm with the coast and you might see something really cool! Can't wait to see more Jessie!
