About I haven't been on for a bit as i am moving to the city for awhile and have been packing. But I did get a chance to go over some more of these paraglider shots and thought this was good enough to post. I know I know the horizon is a bit off but I don't think it takes away from the feel of this photo

Hi Fadel,
Thanks for your interest in my paintings. It is a fun medium to express yourself in. It allows for more emotional freedom to be conveyed to the viewer creating even more impact for what you are trying to communicate

Such amazing colors and light Tim! Being recently interested in wet painting techniques, and knowing that you are a painter I visited your site and paid more attention to the paintings you have posted there, and I was floored by the quality of your color and brush handling, such great realism in your works! Now I'm not only a fan of your photographs, but of your paintings as well!

What a wonderful perspective and great depth. The colors and lighting are wonderful here and i love the way you have also caught the paraglider in the air as well. Alison

This is GREAT, Tim!
If you hadn't mentioned the horizon, I probably wouldn't have noticed as I'm marveling over the colors and overall composition.

Nice capture!
Lori :)

Prespectiva muy larga la consigues en esta imagen, el contraste de color y el magnifico paisaje que hay, felicidades por la imagen, un saludo.

Good to see you back Tim. I have posted some shots of my Darjeeling Tour.

No, Tim, I agree the horizon doesn't detract from this. The billowing wing surface, the colour-coded rigging, and the lip of the hill before that distant scene all combine to give the atmosphere of tense expectancy before a flight. Wait until you actually get aloft, though! That is hard to beat for thrills. (Warning: make sure your camera and other stuff are very secure, as the ride can be astonishingly bumpy--quite different from how it looks from below).

Great perspective here, Tim, and wonderful colours in that 'chute! Good luck in Victoria, I've always enjoyed my visits there.
Dave.

It doesn't take away from the feel of your picture Tim. It is simply brilliant! Light, amazing colors and a great composition makes it a winner! I would just clean the ccd or remove the dust spots in PS! Very well done my friend! Cheers, Ralf

Great shot Tim. Contrary to popular belief, Horizons don't have to be straight. Which "city" are you moving to? Vancouver? Or Victoria?
