About	Great Blue Heron in flight (same as preceding upload but seconds earlier. It is helpful to keep shooting on continuous shutter in order to get the bird with different wing positions and backgrounds. Its the same bird but he offers variety of poses for study and appreciation.

Thanks, Shirley. As you are aware, birds are our living dinosaurs. More than any other, I find the GBH in flight reminds me of a Pterodactyl. You will see when I post some high flying examples.
