This series of photos is part of what I submitted for my photography exams at Cambridge. The Instruction was to create a series of pictures relating to choices.
The idea of this series is to show that something is not wholely one thing. On one level it is one thing, but on the next, it can mean something completely different. It's pretty clear cut with the first photo, but as you progress the meanings get deeper and less defined.
The idea is for you to look at the photo and to derive your own idea of what it means. You can go as far and deep as you like, but the point is that you're always right.
Taken at Outeniua Park, George, South Africa. There are photos here of the local team, the Eagles, competing in the second division of the Currie Cup, as well as some photos from the IRB International Sevens.
