This is excellent work. The background is perfectly blurred and the light's "halo" around him works well. Sharpness is good too. Shadows are not too dark, and everything really came together for this one.

I'm Hayri reposted about the lighting, because I certainly don't see anything wrong with it. You even got rimlighting (more or less) on his hair. Great picture - although I think it would be even stronger with less background and more face.
