Hi Michael
Good to see your back letting me see some of your bits of work again. I see what your doing here but the blacks don't seem to be black enough and the "noisey" part of the background is a little distracting. On the other hand, the original works really well for me.
Might all sound a little negative but your an old pro and I'm sure you can take it...hahaha.

Wonderful shot, can't beat Velvia for colour saturation and depth. The deatail is amazing and kept me occupied for a while, the layers of peeling paint being a reflection of the boats history in a way. :~}

A tremendous sweeping vista of grand scale. Beautiful colors and light. The road threading through the near to middleground leads us into the vista and creates great interest as well.

Great portrait Michael, love the twinkles in his eyes, and the cute smile on his face. The selective DOF works very well here. The choice of natural light is great, adds alot of feel and life to the portrait.
