Thanks Denis and Chris gfor comments.
No need for PS here, Chris. I like it more subtle and neutral, just as it was in that evening. Soft pink cast was covering the landscape. Thanks again.

Great composition,!! light too, but perhaps too much noise on the mountains.

I would like to thank everyone for looking and leaving very kind comments. I guess any image of Grand Canyon is merely a futile attempt to copy or imitate the breathtaking creation of nature. .

Nice color, the frame seems too tight on the top, screems for more space imho. Best regards.

Nice composition and color, the problem is overexposed spot on the island. While it can be great in portraiture and abstracts, in landscapes it does not look good. This is just lost of details in the picture, which is pretty much about details of nature to wonder. I thought this might be helpful, if not, please disregard.
Cheers

Hi, Davide
This shot is actually two frames instead of ND grad, manual exposure 1/25s and 1/2s, f11, polarizing filter. The rest is superb lighting conditions. For web picture this small I did not even use RAW files, just med jpeg with levels, saturation and UM adjusted.
By the way I loved your slinky flowers, awesome effect. And F110 is fantastic too, showing your great creativity.

Cheers

Dear Larissa, you have some beautiful pictures. This is just not one of them.
The light is too harsh, the shadows are plainly failing. Nose shadow is particularly bad. Lips and chin shadows look pretty messed up too. Using flash or a reflector would ussualy help to fill the shadows.
Cheers.

What a good looking fella. .
It seems too tight (needs some space) on the left.
Also looks good in BW.

Thank you Marcus for your comment. This is one of the rear events when the natural light, the background, the lens, and the moment are just perfectly play together. All I had to do is to push the button. .
