The composition is quite dramatic, and the angle of the building sets off the post well. Nicely done.

Thanks for the kind words :-) I'm guessing a fill flash would definitely change the feel of the image and may shift the focus slightly from the water to the rock :-D. As for the streak, I'm not sure if that was a lens artifact or a cloud but I am glad it was there in the picture :-)

Haha, yeah. I didn't notice the crane when I took the shot but it was an interesting surprise :-). Thanks for the comments :-)!

Great shot Long. I like the horizontal proportions you have used. I wonder if a touch of fill flash pulling out some detail in the rock face would have changed the feel and character of the image. For me the mark of a great image is one that draws you in which this image does. Great job

Wow great design and architecture shown here. The composition is fairly distracting, but the potential for this building looks huge...the textured detail of the casements and arches alone could be magnificent. A more direct approach, perhaps eliminating the tree to the right & waiting for no pedestrians, could capture more of the strength of this cathedral. To see the sky/background lit up by the sunrise or setting would truly make this a magical scene. Regards,
Chris
